Ukrainian artist and sculptor
Volodymyr Mykolayovych Zhuravel – a Ukrainian artist and sculptor, was born into a family of artists in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. He currently resides and works in Kyiv.
His father, Mykola Volodymyrovych Zhuravel (born in 1960), is a renowned Ukrainian artist, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (NSHU), and an academician of the Roman Academy of Modern Art. His mother, Olena Volodymyrivna Zhuravel (born in 1963), is a graphic artist, professional educator, and skilled artist.
His father, Mykola Volodymyrovych Zhuravel (born in 1960), is a renowned Ukrainian artist, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (NSHU), and an academician of the Roman Academy of Modern Art. His mother, Olena Volodymyrivna Zhuravel (born in 1963), is a graphic artist, professional educator, and skilled artist.
- 2000–2004: Studied at the Taras Shevchenko State Secondary Art School, Kyiv, Ukraine.
- 2004–2010: Graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (NAFAA), Kyiv, Ukraine, with a degree in Fine and Decorative Applied Arts, earning qualifications as an artist-sculptor, researcher, and educator.
- Since 2012, Volodymyr Zhuravel has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (NSHU).
2021: Created the sculpture "Surfer Baby - Zozulya" (bronze, concrete, wood) at the Muromets Park, central entrance to X-Park, Kyiv, Ukraine.
2021: Created the sculpture "Yoga Baby" (bronze, granite), private collection, Kyiv region, Ukraine.
2021: Created the sculpture "Pharmacist Babies" (bronze), Kyiv, Ukraine.
2021: Created the sculpture "Sister Babies by the Sea" (bronze), Zatoka, Odesa region, Ukraine.

2019: Created the sculpture "Children Pulling a Rhinoceros" (bronze, rope), private collection, Kyiv, Ukraine.
2019: Created the monument to the prominent engineer and inventor "Igor Sikorsky" at the Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany), Kyiv, Ukraine. Authors: Sculptor Volodymyr Zhuravel, Architect Oleg Selivanov, Graphic Designer Stanislav Topolskyi.

2017: Created the sculpture "Children Launching Paper Boats" (bronze, brass), reconstructed Postal Square, Kyiv, Ukraine. Authors: Sculptor Volodymyr Zhuravel, Architect Oleg Selivanov, Graphic Designer Stanislav Topolskyi.
2015: Created the diptych "Journey to Jaladuti" dedicated to the philosopher and spiritual leader A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada (bronze, brass, granite). One part in Kolkata, India; the other part in Boston, USA. Authors: Sculptor Volodymyr Zhuravel, Architect Oleg Selivanov, Graphic Designer Stanislav Topolskyi.
2015: Participated in the group project "Inspired by Black Square" dedicated to the centenary of Kazimir Malevich's Black Square, at the Art Gallery "Mystetska Zbirka", Kyiv, Ukraine.
2014: Created the monument "Angel Girl Maria", Khotiv, Ukraine.
2013: Created the posthumous bust monument to Deputy, Farmer A.V. Skoruk in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine.
2013: Participated in the Easter Exhibition of Contemporary Iconography and Sacred Art, Chernihiv Museum of Contemporary Art, Ukraine.
2013: Participated in the All-Ukrainian Exhibition of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (NSHU) "Noah's Ark", Kyiv, Ukraine.
2013: Participated in the All-Ukrainian Exhibition of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (NSHU) "Christmas Exhibition", Kyiv, Ukraine.
2012: Participated in the VI Auction "19-21 Century" in collaboration with Sotheby's, where the sculpture "Rhinoceros" was sold in the Contemporary Art sector, Heritage Gallery, Moscow, Russia.
2012: Joint exhibition with the Embassy of Ukraine in Estonia "The Ukrainian Modern Art" at the National Library of Estonia, Tallinn, Estonia.
2012: Developed and executed the "Banker of the Year" award, Kyiv, Ukraine.
2011: Joint exhibition with his father Zhuravel & Zhuravel at the Ukrainian Institute of America, New York, USA.
2011: Created the iconic sculpture "Klitschko Brothers", presented as a gift during the official press conference of Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko to celebrate their achievement of winning all major world boxing championship titles.
2011: Participated in the Sculpture Triennale organized by NSHU, Kyiv, Ukraine.
